Welcome to Organique Spa Massage School. By paying for, enrolling in, or accessing any of our online courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. About Our Courses
1.1 All courses are delivered online via recorded videos, live sessions, PDFs, images and voice notes.
1.2 Courses are for educational and professional development purposes to improve massage technique, body mechanics, client care and business skills. They do not replace medical training or confer a medical license.
2. Time-Bound Access – Important
2.1 Each course is available for a specific access period stated at checkout and in your welcome message, for example 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.
2.2 Your access period starts from the date payment is confirmed, not the date you first log in.
2.3 We strongly recommend you start immediately and complete your lessons as soon as possible. We do not pause, extend or roll over time for late starters, busy schedules, travel, illness or change of mind.
2.4 Once your access period expires, your login, videos and downloadable links will automatically close. Re-activation will require a new payment at the current price.
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Full payment is required to secure your slot. Your slot is not reserved until payment is confirmed.
3.2 Prices are in Naira unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promo period.
3.3 We accept bank transfer, approved payment links and POS as listed. Keep proof of payment.
3.4 You must register with your correct full name, phone number and email. Certificates are issued in the registered name only.
4. No Refund Policy
4.1 Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to intellectual property, all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4.2 Please be sure of the course, your schedule and data availability before paying. If you are unsure, ask our admin before payment.
4.3 If we cancel a course entirely, you will be offered a transfer to another batch or a full refund at our discretion.
5. Access and Technical Requirements
5.1 You are responsible for providing your own smartphone, data, and a quiet space to practice.
5.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access where failure is due to network, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Classroom or other third party platforms beyond our control.
5.3 Do not share your login, class links, videos, PDFs or voice notes with others. One payment equals one student.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All course materials, videos, scripts, posters, handouts and voice notes are the intellectual property of Organique Spa Massage School.
6.2 You may not record, screen record, reproduce, resell, translate or distribute any material without written permission.
6.3 Any unauthorized sharing will lead to immediate removal from the class without refund and may result in legal action.
7. Student Conduct
7.1 Be respectful to instructors and fellow students in live sessions and group chats.
7.2 No spam, insults, sexual content, or promotion of other businesses in class groups.
7.3 We reserve the right to remove any student who violates conduct rules without refund.
8. Certification
8.1 Certificates are awarded only after you complete all required lessons, assignments and video submissions as stated for that course.
8.2 We verify identity and work. Submitting another person’s work as yours will disqualify you from certification.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
9.1 Our techniques must be practiced safely, with consent, proper draping, and within your scope.
9.2 Do not practice on clients with contraindications such as fever, recent surgery, fractures, acute infections, uncontrolled high blood pressure or other high risk conditions without medical clearance.
9.3 Information in our courses is for education only and is not medical advice. You are responsible for safe practice. Organique Spa Massage School is not liable for injury arising from misuse of techniques.
10. Privacy
10.1 Your contact details are used only for class delivery, certification and school updates. We do not sell your data.
11. Changes to Courses
11.1 We may update course content, schedule, instructors or platforms to improve learning. We will notify you in the class group.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably, and where not resolved, by mediation in Lagos State.
Agreement
By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the time-bound access and no refund policy, and that you agree to start and finish your course promptly.
